- Pledged Asset Mortgages – Borrow 100% of the purchase price or of your home’s value without mortgage insurance to $6 million or higher! Keep your assets invested where they earn a better return.
- Super Jumbo Mortgages – We can lend up to $6 million under our Standard Guidelines or even higher on a case by case basis.
- Interest Only Mortgages – We offer everything from 1 month Adjustables to 7/1 Adjustables to 30 year fixed rate loans with initial interest only payments. Interest Only Adjustable mortgages are currently best if they are based off the libor index.
